Gown and Cap Purchase Form

  • ATTENTION!
  • Please fill out the form and press the SUBMIT button. The system will redirect you to payment page. When you finish the payment, please print out page and deliver to the faculty secretary.
  • Please do not forget to write your name, surname & your ID on the page.
  • Payment will be made only with credit card, cash will not accepted.
  • The total deposit amount is 150 TL. The gown deposit is 130 TL and the cap is 20 TL.
  • On return of your gown & cap, your deposit will be paid within 10 days.
  • Your deposit will be returned to credit card used for the payment.
  • If you fail to return your gown & cap in 15 days after the Ceremony, your deposit will not be refunded and will be transferred to Scholarship Fund.
